This is something I hear a lot from people about buying art online – What if I don’t like it? 


One of the most vivid memories I have as a child is of a man who sold beautiful handmade Persian rugs. My parents have a passion for these rugs. Every year, he would pass by our house in his blue Toyota pickup, stacked with pieces, each more beautiful than the other. We would go through the collection and select a few favourites, and he would leave them with us, for a couple of weeks, before he came round either to collect payment or to take the rugs back (no rug ever went back). This really left a mark on me – his visits were full of excitement and beauty, and these rugs were works of art, which you want to live with, and allow to settle in your space.

So, I took a hint from the man with the pick-up when it comes to my art, and I am extending this to you. It’s really important to me that you love your art, and it’s my hope that it fills you with joy, and adds to your space. When you purchase any piece of art online, you have 1 month to return it (undamaged of course), for a 100% refund – no questions asked.
That’s my promise.

The Fine Print?

Glad you asked.
If you’re located outside the UAE, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Unfortunately, I have yet to befriend an Aramex pickup.

If you have ordered a commissioned art piece, I am unable to offer a refund. However, the process I have in place to create commissions allows you to see the progress of your piece before it is finalised and shipped out to you.

If you would like a refund on your order within 24 hours of ordering, please let me know immediately, as I cannot refund shipping costs on orders once they have shipped out. I’m not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address being provided. If you realise you’ve made an error, please email me immediately.  In case your order has already been shipped out, I can only resend it if it comes back to me in perfect condition, although you may be charged for re-shipping.

If you have ordered large quantities of prints for a project, I’m unable to offer a refund.  However, for large projects, I do provide samples to ensure that you’ll get what you expect.


All orders are created as soon as your order is received. Please allow 2-5 business days before your order is shipped. You will be contacted as soon as your order is on its way to you.
If you’re in a hurry, email me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
The shipping fee fully covers shipping and handling. Any customs charges or duties costs that may incur with your order are your responsibility. It’s best to check these with your country’s customs department, as it differs from place to place. Thanks for understanding.

Please know that all the necessary steps and precautions are taken when packaging your art to help ensure safe arrival. I cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur in transit. In extreme cases, please email me with a photograph of the damaged package and art, and I will see what I can do.
