Returns

It’s important that you’re making a thoughtful choice when purchasing either a fine art print or an original painting, as both are unique creations. Because each order is made based on your selection and I don’t keep stock, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please read below for further details:

Fine art prints are individually produced and quality-checked for you and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their made-to-order nature and unrecoverable printing costs.

Commissioned paintings are created especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. However, the process I have in place to create commissions allows you to see the progress of your piece before it is finalised and shipped out to you.

Original paintings cannot be returned or exchanged to prevent potential damage caused by being handled too much in shipping, sacrificing the quality for other collectors.

Changes and Cancellations

In case you change your mind or need to make a change once you’ve placed an order, please contact me by email within 1 hour of placing your order, and I’ll let you know the status of the order and if it can be modified. If your order hasn’t been processed, it will be canceled and refunded. If fulfillment has already begun, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping

All orders are created as soon as your order is received. Please allow 2-5 business days before your order is shipped. You’ll be contacted as soon as your order is on its way to you.
If you’re in a hurry, email me and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

The shipping fee fully covers shipping and handling. Any customs charges or duties costs that may incur with your order are your responsibility. It’s best to check these with your country’s customs department, as it differs from place to place. Delays due to items being held in customs are outside of my control.

Please know that all the necessary steps and precautions are taken when packaging your art to help ensure safe arrival. For originals and commissioned pieces, I work with reputable art logistics teams to ensure your piece is packaged safely. If you receive a damaged item, please send me an email within 2 days of its arrival, including a photo of both the damaged package and the artwork. I will then contact my logistics team to initiate a refund, and the refunded amount will be returned to you.
